From a new joiner to their monthly pay

A person is added once. Every day after, attendance and leave build up; now and then their status or salary changes, or they take an advance. At month end it all lands in payroll. Nothing that affects pay counts until someone other than the person who entered it has signed.

A salary, a transfer, a new status — each is a new row. March's payslip still reads March.
Nobody signs their own
Leave, salary, advances — whoever entered it can't approve it, and nobody approves their own request.
Each role sees its own
HR sees every city; a branch manager their branch, without salaries; a cashier only their own record.
