What goes into the POS, and what comes out

Left: everything the POS takes in — settings, actions at the till, and the shift that opens it. Right: everything it produces. Above it: the menu it sells from.

Off the main path: void a line after KOT, void a bill or cancel before payment, and refund after it — all need the manager. A paid bill is never edited or deleted: the refund is its own record, the original stays in bill history, and every void lands in the void log and KOT history.
