The client never said who marks attendance or when. We propose the branch manager marks a daily register and the area manager approves the week. Probation and missing-CNIC alerts are ours too.

The brief names seven fields: employee ID, name, branch, department, designation, employment type and joining date (p78). CNIC, the Active / Left status and hiding salaries from branch managers are our proposals.
You see your own record only. To correct anything here, tell Farhan Siddiqui or HR — you can't edit it yourself.

In the order the information arrives: their CNIC card first, then how to reach them, then where they'll work. Only a name and a joining date stop a save.
Pay is set by HR, not here. Branch managers don't see salaries — the record saves as waiting for HR, who confirm it and enter the starting salary.

The brief uses "late arrival" and "regular hours" (p80–81) but defines neither. We propose duty timings with 10 minutes' grace: you mark who arrived and when, and the system works out late from the timing — nobody picks "late" by hand. A device import can fill this instead of typing.

Payroll needs "approved attendance", absences, late arrivals and overtime hours (p79–81). This month view is how a person checks those facts before payroll reads them. Weekly days off and overtime recorded per day are our proposals.

The brief has one branch and one designation per person and never says whether they change. Dated history, transfers between cities, and who signs each kind of change are ours. The split into HR User (enters) and HR Manager (signs pay, transfers and new joiners) is our proposal too — the brief has one "HR" role that may update salary structures (p78–79) and never says who approves it.
